Free shipping on every order. No minimums, no thresholds, no surprise costs at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed promptly. As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew and ship every 30 days, so a fresh pouch arrives about the time the last one runs out. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

Wrong address

If you entered the wrong shipping address, email hello@drippa.co as soon as possible and we will do our best to catch the order before it leaves.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking stalls or a package goes missing, contact us and we will work with the carrier to make it right.
