The 30-day money-back guarantee. We want Drippa to earn its place on your counter. If it is not for you, we will give you your money back.

How it works

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Email hello@drippa.co with your order number and a quick note on what did not work for you. That feedback genuinely shapes the product.

Returns

We may ask you to send the pouch back. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once your refund is processed, please allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. The 30-day guarantee applies to delivered orders.
